Last updated: February 2026  |  Version 1.0

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting a claim. By using Claim4me's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. About Claim4me

Claim4me Pty Ltd is an insurance claims management service based in Australia. We assist consumers in lodging, managing and negotiating insurance claims with their insurers on a contingency fee basis.

Regulatory status: Regulatory status pending. Claim4me operates under applicable Australian financial services legislation.

2. Services We Provide

Claim4me provides the following services:

  • Review and assessment of your insurance policy and claim circumstances
  • Preparation and lodgement of insurance claims on your behalf
  • Negotiation with your insurer regarding the assessment and quantum of your claim
  • Where necessary, escalation of disputes to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
  • Ongoing communication and updates about the status of your claim

We do not provide legal advice. If your matter requires legal representation, we will advise you accordingly.

3. Our Fee Structure

No Win, No Fee

We only charge a fee if your claim results in a successful settlement. Our fee is 3% of the total settlement amount received from your insurer. If your claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.

Before we commence work on your claim, you will receive a written Claim Management Agreement setting out:

  • The exact fee percentage
  • How and when the fee is payable
  • What constitutes a "successful" outcome for your specific claim
  • Your right to withdraw from the agreement

No fee is payable until you receive your settlement funds. The fee will be deducted from the settlement amount or invoiced separately, as agreed in your Claim Management Agreement.

4. Your Obligations

To allow us to manage your claim effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your claim and policy
  • Promptly supply any documents we request
  • Notify us of any direct contact from your insurer
  • Not negotiate directly with your insurer without consulting us while your claim is active
  • Keep us informed of any changes to your contact details

5. Authorisation

By submitting your claim form and signing a Claim Management Agreement, you authorise Claim4me to:

  • Communicate with your insurer on your behalf
  • Access and review your insurance policy documents
  • Submit claims, requests for review and formal complaints on your behalf
  • Represent you in any AFCA dispute resolution process

6. Limitations of Our Service

Claim4me does not guarantee any specific outcome. The success of your claim depends on the terms of your policy, the circumstances of your incident, and the insurer's assessment. We will always act in your best interests and use our expertise to maximise your outcome.

We are not liable for losses arising from:

  • An insurer's decision not to pay or to partially pay a claim
  • Information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delays caused by your insurer or AFCA
